Le pied est sujet \u00e0 plusieurs affections cutan\u00e9es et ungu\u00e9ales. L\u2019apparition de plaques sur la peau ou l’ongle, rougeurs, boutons,\u00a0 <\/span>ou autre peuvent \u00eatre des signes de pathologies dermatologiques. Parfois ces affections peuvent occasionner des douleurs et des d\u00e9mangeaisons.<\/p>

PIED DIAB\u00c9TIQUE<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Les pieds du diab\u00e9tique<\/strong> sont<\/strong> fortement \u00e0 risque<\/strong> de d\u00e9velopper des l\u00e9sions qui peuvent parfois avoir de graves complications. L\u2019\u00e9ducation<\/strong> du patient, la pr\u00e9vention<\/strong> des l\u00e9sions et le traitement optimal de ces l\u00e9sions et de ses complications sont fondamentaux.<\/p>

Lors de la consultation<\/strong>, un bilan diagnostic global sera effectu\u00e9 permettant de d\u00e9terminer les risques<\/strong> \u00e9ventuels pour mettre en place un suivi adapt\u00e9. Le podologue, avec le m\u00e9decin, d\u00e9terminent le grade du diab\u00e8te (0, 1, 2, 3<\/strong>).<\/p>

Pour pr\u00e9venir l\u2019apparition de ces complications, l\u2019Assurance Maladie rembourse<\/strong> des soins de pr\u00e9vention r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par les p\u00e9dicures-podologues pour les patients diab\u00e9tiques les plus \u00e0 risque de complications (grade 2 et 3<\/strong>).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
